The purpose of the role is to support, develop and plan a structured project delivery approach that meets the clients' objectives and expectations, as well as managing multiple projects on client accounts.
An Operations Manager with experience of working in a Project-led environment is sought by a Tyneside based Engineering company
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and maximising productivity, particularly in project deliveries, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and scope.
Current projects are technical automation projects and vary from simple delivery projects to complex software/ hardware development projects and vary in duration from months to several years.
Once any support package is in place, our bespoke package manager(s) will be responsible for:
Providing managerial oversight of the child's package to ensure that the child is provided with high quality trauma informed day-to day support that meets the child's day to day needs, promotes their safety and wellbeing and protects them from harm in line with the child's care plan.
This would include providing clear direction to the support staff when the child is in crisis.
