We are currently working with an ambitious Insurance company/MGA, who now have an exciting opportunity for someone to join their claims team in their Romford office as a Personal Injury Claims Handler.
Your role will be based on their PI claims team, where you will be expected to manage Motor (Personal injury) Claims from first notification of loss through to settlement through the relevant portals, negotiating claims through to settlement and regularly communicating with brokers, solicitors and adjusters and updating relevant stakeholders on the status of relevant claims and instructing lawyers when necessary.
They have a very low turnover of staff which we feel speaks volumes about the type of organisation they are to work for, with only 4 people leaving the business in the last 10 years and they currently have a strong and close knit team of 28 in this office, with 12 in the claims team.
We have been awarded the Health Assessment Advisory Service contract for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in South East England, London, and East Anglia.
The Health Assessment Advisory Service arranges and carries out assessments for DWP.
This new service will launch in 2024 and will run for at least five years.
