My client is an established and growing provider of insurance process outsourcing solutions in the North West.
Due to a number of new contract wins we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join the team and help drive this further expansion, based at their modern office in South Manchester.
The role will sit above a number of teams and team leaders, overseeing all aspects of service delivery including team performance, KPI management and improvement, and day to day liaison with key contacts.
Please note this will be a mixture of parcel (vans) and post delivery on foot.
You'll start your day for an hour or so in the local delivery office, sorting the mail for your route, before completing a shift of multi-drop parcel delivery using vehicles up to transit size and / or delivering post door to door on foot.
Owning a caseload of insurance claims across a multi-client team
