Our client, a global Management Consultancy, is supporting a banking firm by recruiting multiple Remediation Case Handlers / Complaint Handlers for an immediate 3-month project.
You will work a 35-40-hour week, Monday to Friday at a day rate of £122.23 PAYE, accruing holiday pay equivalent to 33 days from day one.
These roles will be fully remote opportunities for a period of 3 months.
You will be responsible for investigating and managing disrepair claims and claims against the Environmental Act.
Excellent communication skills will be required as you will be required to effectively communicate with solicitors, colleagues across the business and other stakeholders.
You will be responsible for collating and analysing the information required in line with disrepair protocol and Environmental Act.
Our client are looking for a Complaints Administrator to assist in the effective and timely coordination, management and monitoring of all complaints, Housing Ombudsman and Elected Representative cases requiring investigation and response.
