As a claims handler, you will be required to speak to customers and third parties and keep the customer informed of the progress of the claim both in writing and over the phone.
You will manage your own portfolio of claims and prepare files whilst taking inbound calls and assist policyholders with general queries whilst also taking new claim requests.
Have you had experience handling claims, ready to join a highly experienced, tight-knit team, as you will manage every step of a claims process, working alongside an established independent insurance brokerage, where they will offer you ongoing external and internal training to progress your career?

Our client is seeking to hire a Claims Handler for their Ashford office.
You will be the first and ongoing point of contact for smaller customer claims, and will provide customer liaison for claims being managed at head office/regional office.
Monday to Friday, 9-5pm (35hrs pw), with an hour's lunch break.
