Applicants will ideally have prior experience of reinsurance, but bright graduates with some prior work experience with insurance would also be considered.
The role will involve handling a range of Treaty and Facultative Reinsurance business and training will be given.

You will need to have knowledge of the processing of unallocated cash and a technical understanding of both claims and premium processing.
This is for a 12 month contract and requires an individual to be immediately available.
Provide professional but empathetic service through the claims process via multiple channels including, phone and email - Able to anticipate the customer need and action to ensure process is managed in its entirety
Ensure a solid understanding of the procedure to be able to give customers accurate and consistent information
Support customers through the process of their claim providing guidance and relevant information to support them and help them understand what is needed for prompt and accurate resolutions

The Underwriting Processing Administrator will be primarily responsible for
Reconciling the collected cash against both ATE and BTE policies and premiums concerned and resolving/escalating all instances of incorrect payment.
Gaining updates from solicitors on the progress of ATE cases and monitoring cases through to the collection of the premium.
