About our client:
A well-established Housing Association in Plymouth, committed to providing quality housing solutions and excellent customer service. They are seeking a dedicated Insurance Claims Handler to join their team on a 3-month contract.
The Role:
As an Insurance Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims efficiently and effectively. You will ensure that claims are handled in a timely manner, providing exceptional service to residents and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, evaluate, and process insurance claims
- Liaise with residents, contractors, and insurers to ensure smooth claims handling
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide regular updates on claims status
- Resolve queries and disputes professionally
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
