Technical Support Manager
A great opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Manager to join an industry leading faade specialist.
You will serve as the cornerstone of their project execution strategy, providing expert technical guidance and hands-on support to facilitate the seamless integration of their facade systems into projects.
You will be involved with new projects, ensuring the site team have the information they require to run efficiently from day one.
This role is a dual-purpose role that seeks to ensure that our staff and contracted partners perform for the benefit of our residents and that our buildings perform to benefit of the environment, which then ultimately benefits our clients.
You will develop a high-performance supply chain for FM services, will ensure that we can deliver for our residents' day to day, respond quickly to emergencies and grow our portfolio sustainably.
As our Principal Installation Manager, you will be Ocado's lead on site for the delivery of the implementation of Grid Structures and Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to our partners automated facilities (Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFC), Distribution Centres (DC) and warehouses) across our global locations.
