As the Facilities Coordinator, you will take the lead on workspace management systems and be responsible for the implementation of a new booking system, which will manage meeting space bookings, event operations, building occupancy systems and visitor management services.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate previous experience as a Facilities Coordinator (or similar role), in particular, experience of reviewing business processes and implementing new systems.

This is a key proactive Construction Project development role, liaising directly with main contractors, sub contractors, end using clients, materials & services suppliers etc.. ensuring all the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle fit together, overcoming any issues along the way.
Along with strong Commercial Construction Project Coordination & AutoCAD / Sketch Up skills (some), you will also come from a strong Construction / Built Environment background, ideally with some knowledge of Groundwork's / Ground Investigations, Civils, Reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures, Steels & Timber-frames / Wooden Structures & Roofs (engineered timber panels) plus overall Construction phase processes (pre-construction, build phases to client handover).
As a Site Supervisor you will coordinate, supervise and manage construction site activities by either taking control of an element of work on a large substation scheme or by delivering all site-based construction elements associated with a smaller High Voltage Electrical scheme.
The key requirement of the role is to ensure construction delivery on-time and too budget to fully satisfy customer requirements.
You will aim to continually develop and improve communications and performance within the Projects and Construction Teams.
