In this role, you will manage a varied caseload, provide support to senior management, and ensure the smooth operation of insolvency processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements. Assist senior management in overseeing complex cases and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Conduct in-depth investigations into company affairs, asset realizations, and creditor claims. Prepare detailed reports and statutory documentation for creditors, shareholders, and regulatory bodies. Liaise with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders to facilitate case progression and resolution. Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insolvency legislation and best practices, ensuring all work adheres to industry standards. Contribute to business development initiatives, including attending networking events and building relationships with key contacts. Qualifications and Experience: Professional qualification in insolvency (e.g., CPI, JIEB) or working towards such qualification. A minimum of 4 years' experience in insolvency practice, with a proven track record of managing cases independently. Strong knowledge of UK insolvency laws and procedures. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
