THIS IS A 6MONTH POSITION WORKING NORMAL DAY HOURS
£20 per hour PAYE £40,560 on top of this 5 weeks of holiday leave, with the 8 bank holidays on top, Health Cash Plan, Pension Scheme (11%), complimentary on-site gym and changing facilities, free parking, and substantial discounts at major supermarkets like Sainsbury's and ASDA.
You will enjoy regular working hours from 7:30 am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with a half-day finish on Fridays - 39hours a week.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Conveyancing, particularly with post-exchange and post-completion documentation as well as, completing pre-exchange searches, initiating Conveyancing transactions, and directly liaising with clients to update them on case progress and manage expectations.
