Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role involves working closely with the production and warehouse team, managing laboratory operations, and engaging in reagent preparation and production processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or formulation environment, with a focus on quality control and laboratory test techniques. Day-to-day of the role: Manufacture and validate chemical compositions. Conduct goods inspection and laboratory tests. Assemble products and manage quality control. Maintain laboratory equipment and records. Inspect goods inwards for bought-in components. Research and develop new chemical test methods. Validate new products and formulations before launch. Calibrate and maintain laboratory and demo equipment. Conduct final test and QC of environmental test equipment. Maintain accurate records, including batch and raw materials stocking. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree in chemistry or a related scientific subject, or equivalent with a years' experience in industry. Practical experience in a manufacturing or formulation environment. Experience with laboratory test techniques related to water quality analysis.
