Senior IT Engineer (Desktop, Infrastructure, Security)
Award winning, high technology solutions company with an innovative product suite are looking for an experienced, self-reliant and organised IT Engineer to take control of their internal IT / Desktop and Endpoint infrastructure.
The role will be a hands-on senior role within the organisation to implement and manage the entire companies' internal infrastructure including desktop security, endpoint management, vulnerability management, asset management and working to provide security operations.
The role of Technical Delivery Support is desk based and is designed to support the ongoing delivery needs of the business.
Your core responsibilities
The post holder will be expected to provide IT project delivery support for acquisitions, expansion of the business and any IT business as usual change requests.
They work closely with the business stakeholders, developers and testers to ensure D365 meets the business needs and follows best practices.
The D365 Configuration Manager is responsible for the configuration and changes to business critical systems, reporting into the Head of Software Engineering.
This position will suit you if you are a Desktop Support Engineer or IT Support Engineer, 1st Line Support Engineer, 2nd Line Support Engineer from an IT Managed Service company or from an IT Dept.
