A new role has come our way to work as a Customer Service Advisor.
You will be responsible for all sales support services, tracking of shipments, maintenance of clients, handling of all information and enquiries.
For this international client, you will be part of the international Logistics team at their Central London office and in this hybrid role you can work 3 days from home per week.
We have an exciting opportunity for 6 month role in our Inbound Team.
About the role
You will join the product supply team and take responsibility for achieving and maximising Company product availability targets through careful planning whilst working closely with internal stakeholders.
To provide assistance to the Sales Team and the Customer Service Team by placing orders, invoicing clients, responding to emails, answering phone calls, resolving issues and assisting Sales Managers.
