Our established client is looking for an Inbound Customer Service executive for an initial period of 3 months immediate start based within a busy customer services department.
All the calls are inbound and will be dealing with general customer questions and updating a database, using on line web chat and converting inbound sales enquires.
Hours are Monday to Friday between 8.30 to 18.00 (37.5 hours) 9-5, 10-6, 8-4

Our client, a prominent Financial Services organisation, is looking for an additional person to join their inbound customer service team.
Suitable candidates will have a background in a telephone based customer service role, ideally with 12 months experience in a similar role, a pleasant telephone manner and an ethical and honest approach to customer's needs.
The role will focus on client satisfaction and problem solving with the ability to speak to customers about their circumstances in order to make sure they have taken the correct product and identify any other product areas which they could be interested in.

You will be working within a small team dealing with inbound and outbound calls, a large portion of this role is outbound calls following up with past and present customers gaining feedback and presenting further sales opportunities (no cold calling).
We have a great opportunity on behalf of our client based in the Stockton area, the role will initially be a temporary position until Christmas however there is a possibility this will be extended and could possibly lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
You will be expected to deliver first class customer service at all times.
As an Customer Support Executive you will be responsible for dealing with client queries through various channels and administering their accounts.
Working as part of an energetic, professional and friendly team who predominantly provide dedicated support to Direct clients; online clients who do not receive on-going advice and are happy to make their own investment decisions.
