We are currently recruiting for a global financial services provider, for the role of Head of Incident & Problem Management.

Receive and process calls from a range of other departments wishing to report or make enquiries regarding a wide range of responsive repairs.
To refer all calls and queries regarding daytime emergencies to the appropriate areas/teams operations officers.
To take follow up action in respect of calls received liaising with customers and issuing work to trade colleagues, contractors and a wide range of council departments.

Reporting into the Security Manger deliver a hands-on management approach with all aspects of Security and Safety, including Emergency planning and data protection and on the floor team management.
Act as a line manager to Security team and department team leaders ensuring staff are managed consistently.
