Incident Manager, SC/DV Clearance held

We are currently recruiting an SC Cleared Incident Manager to join a leading organisation based in the South on a large defence programme. You will be working to coach and mentor the wider team and furthermore provide a 24/7 cover on all Major Incidents on a rota basis. You will have excellent customer service skills and experiences of dealing and resolving difficult customer issues.

Rate - £650.00 per day inside

Duration - 6 Months

Location - Hemel Hemstead - Hybrid working model

Responsibilities

  • You will share your knowledge and experiences in forms of coaching, mentoring and training other team members on incident and problem management
  • Provision of a 24/7 cover on call for all Major Incidents on a rota basis
  • Management of phone messages to ensure the catalogue is maintained and updated as necessary
  • Maintain and update Major Incident Escalation booklets and their availability to all relevant staff
  • Record and activate planned outage telephone messages for the client telephone lines

Essential Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to establish a service excellence culture within the team
  • Ability to lead and motivate a Major Incident Team
  • Experience in working within Service Level Agreements
  • Proven knowledge of ITIL Management processes and practices
