The main duties of the Payroll Officer role are

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Income Recovery Officer to join a specialist team based in central London maximising income from customers.
Main duties are to to manage rent accounts and other housing related debts, negotiate repayment agreements with tenants and take corrective action where such agreements are not maintained.
The successful applicant will refer residents to welfare benefit and debt support services and make regular and early contact with all residents in arrears.
