THE ROLE
The Payroll Administrator will be joining a forward-thinking organisation, currently undertaking a transformation project to streamline their processes onto Sage HR and Payroll. The HR team is a close-knit group of three, part of a wider Corporate Team dedicated to excellence and innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Payroll and Pensions Management: Run the payroll and pensions for staff and associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative activities within the HR team as directed by the HR Assistant and HR Officer.
- Project Contribution: Support the transformation project by contributing to the migration of processes onto Sage HR and Payroll as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in your approach.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Sage Payroll Experience: Proven experience with Sage Payroll is essential.
- HR Team Experience: Previous experience working in a dynamic HR team, with a good understanding of HR processes.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to hit the ground running, adapting quickly to new challenges and requirements.
- Office Presence: Availability to work in the office up to 2 days a week, with potential increases based on workload and team engagement needs.
