We are looking for an income management officer who has experience in income maximisation; this includes: telephoning customers in arrears, sending arrears letters and emails, applying for APAs, home and office visits.
Completing income and expenditure assessments, presence at sign-ups.
Referring vulnerable customers to support agencies, including Financial Inclusion etc.
