As the Import Customer Service Coordinator, your role is to maintain effective communication and relationships with overseas partners, ensuring the company is always providing the best possible customer services.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with customers and colleagues, ensuring all customer spreadsheets and special instructions are correctly followed.
Our client is seeking an Import Team Leader/Supervisor who will be responsible for "overseeing" the logistical processes associated with adhering to customs regulations, and ensure strict compliance of legal requirements and work to local and global policies.
Additional responsibilities will be supervising staff, liaising with HMRC to make amendments and reclaims, additionally you will be regularly monitoring and checking the import warehouse operation.

You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Merchandising team to manage Supply Chain Operations and Own Brand production/delivery, utilising your attention to detail and an understanding of the knock on effects of every task undertaken.
The role is varied and will include
Weekly Maintenance on Supply chain Critical Path adding new orders, removing receipted and uploading revised dates into the system.
