Our client is a highly regarded, well established Wealth Manager who are looking to strengthen their IFA Administration function management team with the recruitment of a highly talented Senior IFA Administration specialist who has some experience of supervising/managing an IFA/Client services team within a Wealth Management firm/practice.
This will require all encompassing aspects of people management, including mentoring, support, training and recruitment within the team.
This is a fundamentally highly important role within the business and will give you the opportunity to recommend and implement new ideas and processes to improve the overall performance and capability of the function.
