Excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administration Manager to join an award-winning independent London based firm with a truly professional team providing holistic Financial Advice to their HNW Clients. Leading your team your role will offer you daily variety of tasks with the aim of creating a collaborative, engaging, and inspiring environment to assist each individual member in providing excellence in their delivery to Clients.
Opportunity Highlights
- * As Team Manager you will support a Team of Advisers with a small team of experienced Administrators.
- * Enjoy full involvement in delivering projects, drive any change and propose recommendations to drive efficiency and quality of service.
- * Manage workflows, allocate tasks, be the ' go-to' person.
- * Be confident in providing feedback to team members addressing any complex issues to ensure excellence.
- * Provide guidance, coaching, mentorship to both new and existing members, conduct catch ups.
- * Handle any complex technical new business processing including pension transfers and specialised investment products.
- * A minimum of 2 years Team Leadership/Manager experience required within an IFA Admin role.
- * Ideally you will be working towards the CII Diploma
- * Confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with wide range of Advisers is key.
