You will join us on a 12-month Fixed Term contract from 16 December 2024 and receive a competitive salary of £24,603 increasing to £27,700 following successful completion of 6 months probation.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Administrator role
Answer customer enquiries via email and telephone, in a professional and kindly manner.
We are pleased to be working with Kent Fire and Rescue Services on an on a Learning Management System Administrator.
The post holder will work as part of the Learning & Development Team to support L&D specialists and subject matter experts in developing immersive online courses and leverage the potential of our learning management system, maintain and manage the online course catalogue and work with our HR applications support team and our Moodle partner to manage the system on a day to day basis.
Accountabilities
Manage and housekeep the user database and oversee the transition to automation of all user enrolments in partnership with our HR applications support team.

As a Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and smooth running of activities that maintain a diverse housing portfolio across Kent.
You will also ensure operations run efficiently, supporting senior team members in a range of administrative tasks.
You will handle diary management, minute-taking, financial monitoring, and be the first point of contact for the team.
