We are currently supporting our Client in the recruitment of a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support Technician to provide technical support to end-users who need assistance with their IT Services. This Client needs a customer-focused team player with 1-3 years' experience of working within a similar IT Support Technician role, experience in Microsoft 365, Voip, Network Management and Desktop and Server management required. The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic and positive towards their work, with fantastic attention to detail, be organised and be able to prioritise issues and requests as they come in. Salary: £25,000 to £30,000/annum depending on experience, covering Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00 with 25 days holiday per annum (which goes up to 30 days with long service) public holidays, along with discretionary performance bonuses. You will have a driving licence and access to a company van for off-site client visits. Occasional call out, South East kent areas.
