Reporting into the Head of Planning, Capability and Culture, the IT Services (ITS) Planning Manager will lead the planning and management information function for the Directorate and feed into to the University-wide planning activities.
The ITS Planning Manager will be leading a team that will support the Directorate to mature its planning, forecasting and prioritisation capabilities through increased visibility and oversight of the ITS divisional-level work portfolios, University request pipelines and product roadmaps.
Working closely with ITS senior leadership and other key stakeholders from across the University, the successful candidate will combine strategic planning and horizon scanning capabilities with performance monitoring and work portfolio management to enable the successful delivery of the ITS strategy.
