The role will require you to visit standalone sites within this multi-site business, assess their As Is processes, build relevant relationships with key stakeholders and assess what best in practice processes could/should look like.
We are specifically working with a 'Good' secondary school in Oldham, who are working exclusively with ourselves, to join them helping students in intervention classes for English key stage 3 & 4 from September 2024, on an ongoing basis, likely to be for the full academic year on a full-time basis.
As well as helping students in small groups to progress their English ability, this may also include helping in lessons themselves.
You will be required to become fully immersed in the department, attend departmental meetings.
