Jobstore are looking to recruit a 3.5t Delivery Driver for a busy Furniture company in Oldham.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials in a safe and timely manner and will ideally have experience with furniture assembly. You will be working various shifts Monday - Friday delivering goods all across the UK from Scotland down to Plymouth.
Your role will include:
Safely drive a commercial van to transport goods to various locations
Load and unload items from the van
Furniture Assembly
Perform heavy lifting tasks as required
Ensure all deliveries are completed on time
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Capable of driving and manoeuvring a van safely
Comfortable with heavy lifting tasks as this is a phyically demanding job
Valid clean driver's licence held for 2 years
