An opportunity for an IT Service Desk Manager to join a leading healthcare organisation in Fareham, Hampshire.
You will work closely with the IT Director and take on responsibilities across IT operations, people management and business continuity.
You will act as the primary point of contact for a service desk consisting of 5 service desk analysts, and together ensure IT services run smoothly for users across the organisation.
You must also be able to manage a caseload of young people to stabilise and treat mental health disorders.
For CAMHS roles, the ideal candidates MUST have previous CAMHS community experience, and must be able to undertake CAMHS assessments of individuals and their families with complex health presentations and high levels of risk and devise robust care plans and risk management plans collaboratively.
