Position Overview
They are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of our Adviser Academy Programme, as well as oversee all training and development needs across the advisory team.
This role is critical to ensuring that our aspiring advisers are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and qualifications necessary to deliver exceptional financial planning services and drive business growth.
Implementing risk management strategies and controls with the aim of mitigating risks in collaboration with IT teams and other business units, and ensuring the business is compliant with industry regulations.

Proactively identifying and analysing the impact of potential risks, in relation to data privacy, information security and the systems, using GAP analysis to investigate these and determining recommendations to mitigate these risks.
