Being the first point of contact and support for all IT issues that arise. Maintaining IT infrastructure and security across Keyence UK & Ireland's offices. Handling ordering and inventory control, including IT and phone equipment. Installing IT workstations via software distribution, covering PC systems, laptops, operating systems, and company-specific software. Troubleshooting problems with various Microsoft components. Undertaking various IT projects, including the company intranet and new system implementations. Providing basic-level support for network infrastructure. Managing Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10/11, and Office365, with third-line escalation when required. Managing IT supplier-related activities, such as procurement tasks.
