You will need an analytical mindset and a desire to gain a breadth of both functional and technical knowledge across both software and hardware platforms.
In the role, you will be the main point of contact for technical support.
You will have experience working within an IT Service support environment providing 1st line IT Support and have had good exposure to Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.

You will work with the latest Microsoft Cloud technology from an IT infrastructure perspective and my client has a clear career path to this role moving to a 3rd line IT infrastructure support role, so they want somebody keen to progress.
