As the Bookkeeper & Operations Co-ordinator, you will oversee both bookkeeping and collaborate with the planning and customer services team in France.
Your role will be evenly split, with 50% of your time dedicated to finance tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, and financial reporting.
The main purpose of this role will be to provide integral assistance to the Office Services department by managing practical and administrative Fleet and Facilities Tasks and responsibilities.
Contract role - 10 months - December/January start
As well as this they will be required to communicate with contractors/suppliers and our third-party service providers to ensure maintenance jobs and services are scheduled in and managed from start to finish.
