We are currently recruiting for a Bereavement Services Administrator on behalf of our public sector client based in Havering. This role is office based at Upminster Crematorium office. This is a temporary role initially for 3 months with view for further extension thereafter. The hourly rate is £14.34 per hour or £17.69 per hour Umbrella. The successful applicant will work as part of a team to carry out all aspects of customer contact and funeral, memorial and general administration duties. The successful applicant will be comfortable working in a highly sensitive environment and have excellent customer care. Accurately process and maintain applications and registers for cremation, burial, graves and cemetery memorials Carry out all administrative functions related to cemetery memorial safety Accurately process applications for all forms of memorial including liaising with contracted suppliers Provide an efficient reception and central contact point for all aspects of the service, maintain the reception area and visitor facilities Receive payments and issuing invoices Carry out general administrative and business support tasks Receive complaints and maintain record systems Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
