Our Social Housing Client based in West London are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their corporate facilities team as soon as possible.
The purpose of the role is to be accountable for management of the facilities service in a main office and region.
This is a full time, temporary position on an ongoing contract and is offering hybrid working and an hourly rate of £27.46 per hour Umbrella LTD.
To lead on the housing management strategy improvement plan and review all policies, processes for housing management and sheltered services, using business intelligence, benchmarking data to deliver transformation to services.
To monitor and analysis of statutory KPI's and LPI's and setting and monitoring appropriate performance targets to deliver an efficient and streamlined service.
To deliver a value for money neighbourhood and sheltered housing service which builds safe and sustainable communities, provides excellent resident experience, improves satisfaction and enhances the quality of life and opportunity for residents.
My client is looking for someone to deliver an enhanced tenancy and estate management service which continually improves the quality of life and satisfaction with services for older and vulnerable residents and maximises the opportunity to co-ordinate and work with key partners and stakeholders.
What we want from you
Report and monitor completion of household repairs for residents less able to do so and co-ordinate / deploy a handy person to provide a more accessible and tailored service.
Work as part of a specialist team working with older and vulnerable customers and as such be responsible for identifying ways to develop and continuously improve the service.
A large Housing Association is looking for a Property Management Executive on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months with permanent opportunities.
As a Property Management Executive you will have the required authority, budget, skills and support to creatively address the housing needs of your residents.
