The successful applicant will have 4 years' experience as a technical team leader / manager in a similar role, with experience of managing and leading a technical team of four people or more.
The role is a contract role initially for 3 to 6 months with view for further extension.
We are looking for an experienced Systems Support Operator for an immediate start temporary assignment based in Cardiff Gate.
Working within the Transformation, Innovation & Digital team you will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support and duties will include: -Answering support queries.
Logging incidents using the in-house service desk tool and working closely with staff and external suppliers to ensure issues are accurately reported and resolved in a timely manner.
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our team as a Systems Support Officer.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate and efficient use of SWIFT and other systems by providing support, analysis, and guidance to staff members.
