A boutique consulting firm are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join their newly formed IT Support function.
In this varied support role, you will help manage and run the day-to-day IT operations for the global business.
With two UK offices in Staines and London, you will be splitting your time across both locations, supporting users with their desktops/laptops as well as a variety of other applications and security issues.
Your main task will be to support the IT users on-site, but you will also liaise with employees and the IT Service Desk team members in other locations in EMEA.

The IT Support Analyst works within the IT Service Desk function providing IT Support for all departments within our client, to assist with and resolve IT faults and incidents as quickly as possible.
The IT Support Analyst will provision IT requests, guidance and advice to colleagues and customers with regards any questions raised (within expected targets) and partake in technical support across activity across multiple diverse systems, devices and processes in order to retain optimum service and viability of systems to all colleagues.
