IT Support Engineer - 1st / 2nd Line Location: Peterborough / Hybrid Working Salary: £30,000 Role: The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for working customer logged tickets day to day, providing troubleshooting and support to our wide customer base. Skills / Experience Required: Previous IT Helpdesk experience Customer Service / Customer facing skills Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 Office 365 (Admin) Windows 10/11 (troubleshooting, maintenance, repair) PC/Server hardware (Servers, PCs and laptops) Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc) PowerShell/Batch creation Remote Access Tools (Splashtop, Datto RMM, Teamviewer, VPN, RDP, etc) Remote Monitoring and Management tools (Datto RMM) Networking (IPv4, IPv6, VLAN) creation, support and troubleshooting Router/Switch knowledge/configuration Security tools (AV, AM, Spamfiltering, Web Filtering, etc) Understanding Change Control Process Desirable (not essential) Driver's License Cisco/Unifi/HP configuration Ex-forces Autotask / Datto RMM Knowledge ITIL v4 Project Management Experience with ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, PCI/DSS compliance Bens: 25 days holiday (increases with time in role) Hybrid working Pension Contribution Scheme Training Budget and 4hr per week for personal training Cycle to Work Scheme
