They will also ensure all contracts and supporting documents are uploaded into the relevant databases with details accurately recorded and manage contract renewals in conjunction with the team. Procurement Administrator Location: Bristol, UK Job Type: Full-time Salary: £30,000 My client is expanding their Supply Chain Team and are in search of a dedicated Procurement Administrator. This role is integral to their operations, and the successful candidate will be working closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure the smooth running of our procurement processes. Day-to-day of the role: Issuing Purchase Orders in SAP and maintaining the common dashboard procurement module. Updating weekly KPIs according to templates, retrieving data from SAP and the common dashboard. Liaising with suppliers for Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ). Assessing offers based on procurement criteria and coordinating with the Requestor for approval of the technical aspects. Updating the approved suppliers register and responding to internal stakeholders on procurement topics linked to the Procurement Administrator's scope, such as PO status. Supporting procurement with sourcing activities and keeping the Supply Chain folders updated. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting. Familiarity with SAP or another ERP system is highly advantageous. Experience working with commodities such as industrial tooling, scaffolding, lifting, and calibration is beneficial. Proficient IT skills, with strong knowledge of Excel. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both suppliers and internal teams. A commercial degree at bachelor level or above.
