My client is looking for a confident and outgoing IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide predominantly internal support but with the potential for some customer support.

As a Support Technician you will be responsible for supporting basic network tasks and configuring software, as the successful candidate develops in the role they will have opportunities to work on more complex tasks such as hardware planning, IT management and programming.
