Job Description
Our client is looking for a 1st Line Field Engineer to join their Managed Services team in assisting over 20 schools with IT support.
You will be visiting different educational trusts, all situated within a 45 minute drive of their office ion North London, a driving licence and access to own car is required (mileage paid).
Phone, email and remote support will also be provided to ensure all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Install, configure computer hardware (IP phones, mobile devices, workstations, peripherals etc.
Provide day to day hands on technical support on the Corporate and Customer managed IT infrastructure and projects.
Work as part of the IT team delivering a quality 24/7 service to internal users (both at HQ and remote users) as well as nominated customer gateways, servers and laptops.
