As IT and Technical Support Engineer, you will provide desk-side support to end-users, addressing questions, problems and tasks related to systems software and hardware.
2nd and some 3rd Line desktop support also well as maintain, configure and troubleshoot other IT related issues, including hardware, software, networks and pcs/laptops.
We are looking for skilled IT Engineers to support the delivery of a new technology operating model within GP practices across Sussex.
You will work as part of two teams, each comprising three engineers, to ensure the smooth setup and implementation of IT infrastructure across various sites.
