Key Responsibilities
HR Systems Administration: Oversee efficient administration and management information services within the HR team, collaborating closely with the Director of HR and other stakeholders to enhance our HR systems (both IT-based and manual).
This role is integral to our success and you'll be responsible for ensuring that our Business Continuity Management System remains fit for purpose and compliant with ISO22301, and that our recovery and resilience strategies, cyber response playbook and scenario library are regularly tested and analysed.
