This role provides 1st line technical support to our customers, troubleshooting problems remotely (by telephone, email or remote access) or scheduling Field Engineers to provide on-site break-fix support.
The KFP helpdesk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week (excluding Christmas Day).
We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator based in Oxford in OX14 working Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, you will be working on your own however lots of other people around you.
As the Receptionist / Administrator your time will be split between the two roles so offers you plenty of variety and the day will get fly by as you will be busy
To provide general administration support for the Centre and staff as required.

About the role

What you'll do
Process purchase orders, supplier invoices and supplier payments.
Raise bank payments for approval and monitor cash balances between bank accounts to ensure that each account has a sufficient balance.
