Our client is seeking a Revenues and Benefits System Administrator, to be based in their Loughborough office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
System Administration of the core Revenues and Benefits and Document Management systems, which involves supporting, maintaining, developing, escalating, and proactively managing access and integrity of assigned on-premises and cloud-based applications (including all test and live environments).
Scheduling of batch routines including document production, integrity checks and system reconciliations.
We are looking for a Technical Services Administrator, who will be working within the Technical Services department, providing first-class cover and attention to detail.
This role will be suited to an individual who works well within a team, is looking to join a fast-paced environment, has good organizational skills, and has the drive to work hard within an incredibly varied role.
The successful candidate will become the reference point for colleagues and Suppliers alike, and will assist with administrative duties, following up (within the team) and externally (within our supplier base).
