My Client based in Loughborough are looking for a Administrator to join their team on a full time basis. This is a role ideal for someone that has Administration experience or a graduate who is looking to expand their skills.
Key roles
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries as a Administrator
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Diary management and arranging appointments, re scheduling appointments and cancelling jobs.
- Working closely with our site managers, operatives and sub contract labour to ensure jobs are completed within target.
- Uploading documents into our management system.
- Raising orders and updating system throughout job through to invoicing.
- Understanding KPI's and reports.
