Our client based in Northamptonshire require a Customer Service Operations Co-ordinator to join the office to provide administrative support to the engineering team.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support of the Technical Services Department Vehicle Fleet as and when required.
Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team as directed by the Customer Service Manager/Team leader.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will act primarily as managerial support to enable an efficient and effective operational area, delivering the Water Recycling Operations operational tactical plans whilst maintaining compliance and excellent customer service.
