The Company

We are MyDek Ltd - on a mission to make high-rise balcony living safer through our fully certified non-combustible decking system.

Operating in the huge balcony refurbishment market as well as the new-build market, we harness our vast experience, creativity, passion and drive to make balconies and terraces safe places to be.

We are now looking for an Operations Executive to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

The Role

As an Operations Executive, you'll be a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Handling a mixture of important daily tasks, you will negotiate with suppliers, follow up on internal orders, answer phone calls, respond to emails and keep our systems up to date.

You'll also work closely with our warehouse team, making sure items are picked, packed and ready to go. Plus, you'll co-ordinate with our supply chain team and customers to arrange deliveries, ensuring everything gets where it needs to be.

About You

To be considered as an Operations Executive, you will need:

  • Administrative experience
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate CRM software
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • A full, valid driving licence (due to the potential need for supplier visits)
