The ideal candidate will be dealing with a mix of helpdesk calls alongside an existing team.
Some of the technologies they support include Office 365, on-premise and hosted servers, Acronis backup and DR, Active Directory, PC/Laptops, UniFi Wireless networks and Watchguard Firewalls.
