Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
Oversee IT projects, when required, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organisational goals.
We are looking for an exceptional IT Project Manager to join a fantastic, long-term client who are undertaking a company-wide programme to overhaul and simplify their fundamental service processes, as well as upgrading their central, modularised application to deliver a more functional and flexible system for users at all levels.
Reporting to the programme's senior management, you'll spearhead the development and management of the programme timeline outlining various software releases, whilst also encouraging strong levels of user engagement, IT literacy development and implementation into their daily use of the system during the project implementation.
This opportunity will require you to be on-site at their Central Birmingham office, 3 days a week.
This IT Business Systems Manager role, doesn't include line management responsibility but offers a great deal of autonomy, training and support when needed, as well as the opportunity for the role to become broader as the company grows.
